D                       Lights do not dim.

Disconnect 14-terminal connector.

①  With the ignition switch at ACC position and light switch turned ON, is there 0V between
    terminals DIM and GND of the 14-terminal connector?

No                                                         Yes

Replace Keyboard.                                          Replace DISPLAY CLUSTER.
