EFI SYSTEM — Troubleshooting for EFI Electronic Circuit with Volt/Ohmmeter No. | Terminals | Trouble | Condition | STD Voltage 5 | STA — E₁ | No voltage | Ignition switch ST position | 6 — 12 V [Circuit Diagram showing: Battery connected to Ignition S/W, which connects to (For M/T) Cold Start Injector and Neutral Start S/W (For A/T), then to Starter and Circuit Opening Relay, connecting to ECU with terminals STA and E₁] FI0740 1. There is no voltage between ECU terminals STA and E₁. (IG S/W ST) Voltmeter → ECU [Diagram showing voltmeter connection to ECU at STA terminal] Check starter operation. → OK → Check wiring between ECU and starter terminal 50. ↓ BAD ↓ OK → BAD Repair or replace Check wiring between ECU terminal E₁ and body ground. ↓ BAD Repair or replace Check fusible link, battery, wiring and ignition switch. → BAD → Repair or replace ↓ OK 2. Check that there is voltage at STA (50) terminal of starter.
