Tail Running Lights Not Working - Lamp Failure Sensor Bypass

Tail running lights stopped working due to a failed or missing lamp failure sensor box (located behind the driver side tail light). Brake lights, hazard lights, reverse lights, and turn signals still function normally, but running lights do not stay on.
The lamp failure sensor module (part #89373-20070) that controls the tail running light circuit was damaged or missing, preventing running lights from functioning while other lighting circuits remained operational.
