After the car sat for 5 days in a very cold garage and the battery died, a new battery was installed but the car would crank strongly with no start. There was no fuel delivery and no spark.
Relay contacts were stuck or had corroded/oxidized from sitting in cold conditions. The relays responsible for fuel pump and ignition power were not closing properly, cutting off both fuel and spark.
