7MGTE Blown Head Gasket on Cylinders 5-6 - HG Replacement with ARP Studs

Problem

1990 Supra Turbo 7MGTE had a blown head gasket with coolant loss. Upon teardown, the head gasket was found to be failed around the water ports on cylinders 5 and 6. Evidence of prior work (paper gaskets on turbo side) and only about a gallon of coolant remaining in the system.

Root Cause
