Liquid Fuel Leaking From Exhaust - Faulty Injectors After Head Gasket Swap
Fuel Systemintermediate✓ OP Confirmed

After a head gasket swap and injector cleaning, liquid fuel was coming out of the exhaust and from the O2 sensor bung. The car had been sitting for months and upon startup, raw fuel was leaking through the exhaust system.
Fuel injectors were damaged or stuck open, likely from a prior cleaning process done during the head gasket swap. The defective injectors were dumping excessive fuel into the cylinders, which passed through the exhaust system as liquid since the engine and exhaust were cold.
