Unidentified Coolant Hose During Rebuild - ISCV / Throttle Body Coolant Line

During an engine rebuild, the owner could not identify where a specific coolant hose connects. The hose is attached to a metal pipe that wraps around the engine block and comes up through the intake manifold gap, shaped like a stretched W.
The hose is part of the idle speed control valve (ISCV) and intake manifold coolant loop used for deicing. Its matching connection point on the ISCV / bottom of the throttle body is not immediately obvious during reassembly.
