Rear Brake Rotor Won't Slide Over Parking Brake Shoes - Back Off Adjuster

When reinstalling rear brake rotors/discs, the rotor will not slide back over the parking brake shoes due to the shoes being expanded too far out.

The parking brake shoe adjuster was set too tight, causing the shoes to be expanded further than the rotor drum can accommodate. The adjuster needs to be backed off before the rotor can be reinstalled.
