On a 1JZ VVTi swap, the VSV (Vacuum Switching Valve) that connects vacuum lines 1, 2, and 3 on the turbo side was broken/snapped during engine shipping, leaving the factory blow-off valve vacuum circuit incomplete.
The factory VSV (Vacuum Switching Valve) that routes vacuum to the blow-off valve and associated turbo-side vacuum lines was physically damaged (bent/snapped) during engine shipping, breaking the vacuum circuit.
