1JZ VVTi Turbo Vacuum Lines - Broken VSV Replacement

Problem

On a 1JZ VVTi swap, the VSV (Vacuum Switching Valve) that connects vacuum lines 1, 2, and 3 on the turbo side was broken/snapped during engine shipping, leaving the factory blow-off valve vacuum circuit incomplete.
