Marlin Crawler Shifter Bushing Too Large for W58 - Sand to Fit

TransmissionintermediateOP Confirmed
Problem

The Marlin Crawler urethane shifter bushing (white, marketed for R154) does not fit the W58 transmission shifter bore without modification. The bushing outer diameter is slightly larger than the W58 bore, and the half-moon pin cutouts do not align properly, preventing the bushing from seating and rotating into place.

Root Cause

The Marlin Crawler white urethane bushing is spec'd for the R154 transmission, which has a slightly larger shifter bore than the W58. The W58 bore measures approximately 41.1mm while the bushing measures approximately 41.8mm — a ~0.7mm interference. The half-moon pin cutouts are also not sized for W58 pin placement.
