Coolant Overflow Reservoir Relocation for Large Intercooler/Cooling Plate Clearance

CoolingintermediateOP Confirmed
Problem

The stock coolant overflow reservoir does not have enough height clearance when a large intercooler and cooling plate are installed, preventing proper fitment of the cooling plate.

Stock coolant overflow reservoir physically interferes with aftermarket cooling plateInsufficient vertical clearance between reservoir and intercooler/cooling plateIntercooler already fitted to within 1/8 inch of front frame, no room to angle it for more space
Root Cause

The stock coolant overflow reservoir mounting position is too tall/high for builds with oversized intercoolers and cooling plates, and no OEM cross-compatible smaller Toyota reservoir (Tacoma, Tercel, Corolla, Camry) fits the bracket or space constraints.
