No Cluster Lights, Tail Lights, or Speedometer After Gauge Cluster Reinstall - Speedo Cable Not Fully Seated

After reinstalling the gauge cluster, the dashboard lights did not illuminate at night, tail lights were not working, and the speedometer was not functioning.

The speedometer cable was not fully seated into the square drive slot on the back of the speedometer when the gauge cluster was reinstalled. An improperly seated cluster connection can also cause loss of dash illumination and related lighting circuits.
