Problem

Root Cause

A blown resistor (R23, a 0.82 ohm 5-watt resistor) inside Integration Relay #1. The resistor likely failed due to an extra load tapped into the R-Y wire or an accidental short between the R-Y (ground side) and R (positive side) at a bulb socket.
