No Start After Sitting 8 Years - Dead Fuel Pump Replacement

Fuel SystemintermediateOP Confirmed
Problem

MKIII Supra (7MGE) would not start after sitting for approximately 8 years. The engine would crank and briefly run on starting fluid spray but would not sustain running on its own fuel system.

Engine cranks but will not startEngine briefly fires and runs when starting fluid is sprayed into intakeTach briefly jumps to ~1000 RPM on starting fluid then drops back to crankingFuel pressure gauge reads zero pressureNo fuel flow even when jumping FP and B+ pins on diagnostic connector
Root Cause

The fuel pump had failed after the car sat unused for 8 years. Electrical testing confirmed 11-12V was reaching the pump (FP pin to ground showed ~11V, trunk access panel connector showed 12V), proving the fuel pump relay and wiring circuit were functional. The pump itself was seized or internally failed and could not deliver fuel despite receiving power.
