OEM Cassette Player Revival - Rubber Belt Replacement

The OEM stock cassette player in the 1988 Supra stops working. When a cassette is inserted, playback is either non-functional or sounds slow and distorted.
The internal rubber drive belts in the OEM cassette mechanism degrade and fail over time, losing elasticity and grip. After 20-30+ years the rubber stretches, cracks, or becomes gummy, preventing the tape transport mechanism from operating at the correct speed or at all.
