Headlights, Headlight Motors, and Side Markers Not Working - Retractor Control Relay Unplugged

ElectricalbeginnerOP Confirmed
Problem

Headlights, headlight motors, and side markers were all non-functional, while turn signals, brake lights, hazards, reverse lights, and fog lights all worked correctly.

Headlights not workingHeadlight motors not working (pop-up headlights not raising/lowering)Side marker lights not workingTurn signals, brake lights, hazards, reverse lights, and fog lights still functional
Root Cause

The retractor control relay (headlight retractor relay) had been accidentally left unplugged after a previous fog light modification. This relay controls the headlight circuit including the headlight motors and side markers, so disconnecting it disabled all those systems.
