Clutch Pedal Engagement Too High - Pushrod Freeplay Adjustment

TransmissionintermediateOP Confirmed
Problem

Clutch pedal engagement point is too high, releasing almost all the way at the top of pedal travel, causing the clutch to feel like it is not fully engaging during hard launches.

Clutch engages very high in pedal travel, near the topWheel hop during hard launchesFeels like clutch is not fully engaging under loadDrives fine during gentle driving but slips or hops when launching hardBrand new clutch still exhibiting engagement issues
Root Cause

Clutch pedal freeplay and pushrod adjustment were out of specification, causing the engagement point to be too high in the pedal travel. Without proper freeplay (at least 1/2 inch), the clutch cannot fully engage under load.
