CPS Leaking Oil - O-Ring and Cap Replacement

The Crank Position Sensor (CPS) on the 7MGTE is leaking oil externally from the O-ring seal and/or cracked cap cover.
The rubber O-ring that seals the CPS to the cylinder head becomes hardened and brittle over time, turning into hard plastic and losing its seal. The CPS cap cover can also crack around the screw holes, and the gasket under the cap degrades as well.
