INSTALL ADJUSTER MEMORY COVER Install the adjuster memory cover to the ratchet of the column upper bracket. 7. INSTALL TILT-UP CONTROL LEVER AND NO.1 TILT SUB LEVER (a) Assemble the No.1 tilt sub lever to the tilt-up control lever. (b) Install the tilt-up control lever to the column upper bracket.
