2. TEST ONE-WAY CLUTCH
The clutch should lock when turned counterclockwise, and should rotate freely and smoothly clockwise. Less than 25 kg-cm (22 in.-lb., 2.5 N·m) of torque should be required to rotate the clutch clockwise. If necessary, clean the converter and retest the clutch. Replace the converter if the clutch still fails the test.
Electrical Parts
1. INSPECT SOLENOID
Check the resistance between the terminal and body.
Standard resistance: 11 — 15 Ω
2. INSPECT NEUTRAL START SWITCH
Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity of the terminals for each switch position shown in the table below. If continuity between the terminals is not as specified, replace the switch.

3. INSPECT SPEED SENSOR
Connect on ohmmeter to the speed sensor and check that the meter deflects when the sensor is repeatedly brought close to the rotor sensor magnet and removed from it.
