10. INSTALL THINNER SNAP RING IN OVERDRIVE CLUTCH DRUM (a) Remove the overdrive clutch outer snap ring and hub to allow installation of the thinner snap ring. (b) Compress and lower the snap ring into the groove by hand. Check that the ends of the snap ring are not aligned with one of the cutouts. 11. INSTALL HUB AND OUTER SNAP RING Check that the ends of the snap ring are not aligned with one of the cutouts. 12. ASSEMBLE OVERDRIVE CLUTCH DRUM AND OVERDRIVE PLANETARY GEAR Mesh the hub with the disc, twisting and jiggling the hub as required. 13. CHECK OPERATION OF ONE-WAY CLUTCH Hold the clutch drum and turn the input shaft. The input shaft should turn freely clockwise and should lock counterclockwise. 14.
