TEST 3

Check that antenna plug is
secure in radio.

OK → Reinsert plug. Okay? → OK → Inspect antenna plug.

↓ Loose			↓ No

Properly insert		Does radio alone work? → Yes → Replace tape player.

↓			↓ No

⊙	← No ←	Does antenna have booster? → Yes → Proceed to Test 4.

↓ OK			↓ No

			Proceed to Test 5.

TEST 4

Check that there is booster power
to connectors behind radio.

OK → Reinsert connectors.
Okay? → Yes → Inspect
connectors

↓ No

Is there power to
radio connector? → Yes → Proceed to Test 5.

↓ No

Inspect and repair
wire harness.

TEST 5

Temporarily install another
antenna. Okay?

OK → Inspect antenna, antenna cable and
booster, and replace as necessary.

↓ No

Replace radio.
