Replace DISPLAY CLUSTER.

Disconnect 14-terminal connector.

With the ignition switch at ON position, does voltage between terminals f and GND of the 14-terminal connector fluctuate between 0 to 5V when vehicle is moved about 1 meter?
(engine not running)
No
Yes
Is there continuity speed sensor and wire harness?
Replace DISPLAY CLUSTER.
Yes
No
Replace Keyboard.
Repair and replace speed sensor and wire harness.
