Is connector of computer properly connected?
And are all terminals in the connector?
NO → Faulty connector.
YES

Is there 10 — 16 V between terminal IG on
computer wire harness side connector and
body ground? (Ignition switch on)
NO → Faulty power circuit.
YES
↓
Does warning light go off when both the
computer connector and actuator check con-
nector are disconnected? (Ignition switch on)
NO
(Comes on) → Short circuit in wire harness between
computer terminal W and actuator
terminal W.
YES
(Goes off)
↓
Faulty computer.
