EFI SYSTEM — Troubleshooting with Volt/Ohmmeter (7M-GE) FI-39 No. | Terminals | Trouble | Condition | STD Voltage 4 | No. 10 E01 No. 20 — No. 30 E02 | No voltage | Ignition switch ON | 10 ~ 14 V [CIRCUIT DIAGRAM showing Ignition Switch, ECU (IG SW), Fuse (IGN 7.5A), AM2 (IG2), AM2 30A (Fusible Link), MAIN 2.0L with 6 Injectors, Battery, and connections to terminals No. 10, No. 20, No. 30, E01, E02] [DIAGRAM 1: Voltmeter connection showing No. 10, No. 30, ECU with E01, E02 terminals] FI1633 1. There is no voltage between ECU terminal No. 10, No. 20 and/or No. 30 and E01 and/or E02. (IG SW ON) 2. Check that there is voltage between ECU terminal No. 10, No. 20 or No. 30 and body ground. NO → OK Check wiring between ECU terminal E01 and/or E02 and body ground. OK → BAD Try another ECU. → Repair or replace. Check fusible links and ignition switch. → BAD → Repair or replace. OK ↓ 3. Check resistance of each injector. STD resistance: Approx. 13.8 Ω OK → BAD Replace injector. Check wiring between ECU terminal No. 10, No. 20 and/or No. 30 and battery. → BAD → Repair or replace.
