SA–98 SUSPENSION AND AXLE – REAR SUSPENSION STABILIZER BAR LINK BALL JOINT INSPECTION INSPECT BALL JOINT FOR ROTATION CONDITION (a) Flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times, as shown in the illustration, before installing the nut. (b) Using a torque wrench, turn the nut continuously one turn every 2–4 seconds and take the torque reading on the 5th turn. Torque (turning): 0.05–1.0 N·m (0.5–10 kgf·cm, 2.6–8.7 in.·lbf) If not within specification, replace the stabilizer bar link. R06940
