AT-34                    AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION — On-Vehicle Repair

(c)  Lower valve body slightly, and install the accumulator piston retaining plate. Hold in place with two pan bolts, finger tight.

(d)  Disconnect the throttle cable from the cam and remove the valve body.

INSTALLATION OF VALVE BODY

1.  CONNECT THROTTLE CABLE TO CAM
    Push the cable fitting into the cam.

2.  REMOVE ACCUMULATOR RETAINING PLATE
    Remove the two pan bolts, and slide out the plate.

3.  INSTALL VALVE BODY
    (a)  Align the manual valve lever with the manual valve.

    (b)  Install the B₂ and C₂ accumulator piston springs.
